We do not have a return pick up policy. We are not responsible for return/exchange items until they reach us. You can also bring your invoice or receipt to any AllFurnix store for quick returns and exchanges.

You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned products.

Returns and Credit Notes

  • All purchases on full price/sale/discount/promotion are eligible for replacement or a credit note only. Products bought on sale can be exchanged for size based on availability. In event of the product not being available we will issue a credit note for the same.
  • All Bags are considered Final Sale. No Exchange or Credit Note will be provided against it.
  • Clearance sales are final sale. No size / style exchange / credit note / refunds will be entertained.
  • Customized items are considered as final sale and will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • If there is a need for the shoe to be altered and is within our scope of work we will take on the alterations solely at our discretion.
  • All products must be in its original unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached, in order to receive a credit note.
  • In the event of a return, the customer will receive an email with a voucher code to be used online as a credit note.
  • The voucher/ credit note must be used within 3 months / 90 days from the date of issue.
  • In no situation can the credit note be refunded into your bank account.

Shipping methods & Cost

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 86 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.

All domestic orders will take about 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

Free shipping is only applicable on offer only.

AllFurnix insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by allfurnix.in and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
